The St. George Surgical Center was conceived by a group of local doctors. The center was established in 1988 under the name "Doctor's Surgical Clinic, Incorporated." Two years later the business changed it's name to "St. George Surgical Center." In 1992 the St. George Surgical Center was purchased by Universal Health Services based in Pennsylvania. In January 2005 the center was purchased once again by a group of local doctors. We are pleased to report that the name and our high quality service have remained the same.
The St. George Surgical Center also offers overnight recovery options for those patients requiring additional post operative monitoring or pain relief therapy.
